Open Bee™ Scan OCS (O.C.R. Conversion Service) is a service that extracts the textual elements of documents. This service is a component of the digital document management application of Open Bee™ Portal.
Open Bee™ Scan OCS performs various types of operations:
- the extraction of documents text to allow full-text search,
- converting a document into a PDF file or thumbnail images to enable the preview,
- signing a document..
The user is not able to work directly with the tool Open Bee™ Scan OCS which is a software component of Open Bee™ Portal.
However, an administrator interface displaying the operations status and allowing to perform administrative tasks is available in Open Bee™ Portal.
